I would like to welcome you to my website. My name is Frank Weilack. As a Naturopath for Psychotherapy and Coach, I support people in making the best of their lives and in getting along with themselves and others as well as possible.
I am happy to be there for you if you are looking for a reliable partner who will meet you on an equal footing in the realisation of your wishes for professional or private change. I accompany you when stress, conflicts, fears, life crises, personal upheavals or pain make life a real challenge for you.
In doing so, I follow a Buddhist approach which, through its attitude and methods, particularly trains one's own awareness and ability for self-reflection. Through this approach, I myself have learned to master challenges much better and to live my life more calmly and with more joy and satisfaction. This resulted in a great motivation to impart this experience to other people as well.
My clients appreciate my level-headed, humorous and creative nature, the ability to listen and to get to the heart of things. Perhaps I have been able to develop these qualities because I have always wanted to find out why we humans deal with certain situations in this way and not in a different way, each in his or her own way.
Which qualities help us to move in harmony with the flow of life and which ones create problems for us up to personal crises, pain or illness?
To be honest, I have not yet found the „philosopher's stone“. However, I have been able to learn some things about it in the course of my life, also thanks to the teachings of Buddha.
In the early 2000s, I listened to a lecture by a Buddhist nun with great enthusiasm. She spoke with such freshness and ease about the healing aspects of Buddha's teachings (inner peace, clarity of mind, quality of life) that I immediately began to engage more intensively with this attitude to life, as I call it.
I quickly realised that you don't have to be a Buddhist to improve your life with the help of this universal attitude.
At the center of the Buddhist wisdom teachings is the human being as such, with his or her innate capacity for self-development and self-regulation.
After thirty years of living and working in various places in Germany and around the world due to my work in the financial sector, I now live in Berlin in the beautiful Charlottenburg, right next to the Schlosspark.
Every day I enjoy the nature there with my dog and chat with other dog owners from time to time.
I volunteer in hospice work because I firmly believe that every person deserves a dignified and meaningful life until the last breath.
As a „retired financial expert“, I am engaged at the Sadananda Buddhist Centre Germany-Sri Lanka e. V. to ensure that young monks in a monastery in Sri Lanka receive material support for their education and personal development.
I am a member of the VFP, Verband Freier Psychotherapeuten, Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie und Psychologischer Berater e.V. (Association of Independent Psychotherapists, Naturopaths for Psychotherapy and Psychological Counsellors).
I would be delighted to welcome you to my practice in Berlin in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. If you wish, however, we can also meet in the immediately adjacent park at Charlottenburg Palace, which stimulates body and mind with its wonderful ambience.
If you have any questions or are interested in an appointment, please feel free to send me a message or call me to arrange a non-binding meeting to get to know each other.
